How do I send my logo?

You can send your logo or artwork to us after placing your order. Vector files such as PDF, AI or EPS generally provide the clearest printing result.

Can you match my business colours?

We will reproduce your supplied colours as closely as possible. Please provide PMS or Pantone colour references where accurate brand colour matching is important. Some variation may occur between colours displayed on a screen and colours printed onto the mat surface.

Can the mat be used outside?

PrintPlush Logo Mats are best suited to indoor or protected undercover areas. They should not be placed where they will be continuously exposed to heavy rain or standing water.

Which grade should I choose?

Choose Standard Grade for light to moderate foot traffic. Commercial Grade is better suited to busy commercial entrances and locations requiring greater durability.

Can I return a custom logo mat?

Because each logo mat is manufactured specifically to your approved design, custom mats cannot be returned for change of mind. Please contact us immediately if your mat arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the approved artwork.
